Edmond Verbeke is a graduate of Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication where he studied advertising and minored in package design at the School of Visual and Performing Arts. After short stints in magazine sales and the barter business, he found himself in the hospitality industry and fell in love with it!  Since 1986, Ed has become a subject matter expert, learning from his experiences at two soap and amenity manufacturers as well as several suppliers to the spa, salon, and locker room industries. In many of these companies, Ed created new Hospitality divisions, enabling these suppliers to enter the hotel, club and resort markets.  In his many years in the industry, Ed has developed long, strong relationships with customers due to his deep understanding of the industry, his absolute fidelity to superior customer service, and his expertise in sourcing, buying, and delivering excellent products.

In 2024, Ed launched EV Hospitality.  In his new company, he is committed to delivering excellent products at competitive prices. Ed is drawing on his extensive knowledge of the industry to deliver his vision of how an amenity company should treat and service its clients. His one stop approach offers clients the opportunity to work with fewer suppliers, making the job of managing their businesses easier. Many of his past clients are already enjoying the EV Hospitality experience. If you have not had the pleasure of working with us, you owe it to yourself to have a chat with Ed. EV Hospitality is committed to getting your products to you as promised, on time and on budget.

When not obsessing about clients’ needs, Ed is a devoted husband of 34 years, an exemplary dad of two awesome young adults, and the foster dad to a beguiling cat named Meow.  He and his wife currently reside in Westchester County, NY in a rural neighborhood where some of their neighbors include horses, free-range chickens, and a few sheep.  He’s an avid beach bum who loves to sail, collects American folk art, loves to cook, and is a devoted cat room volunteer at the local animal shelter.
